This training tool is designed to work with both dedicated poles and standard ice hockey sticks.
Each purchase includes a set of 2 cones.

HOW TO USE
Sticks can be inserted either vertically or horizontally.
Can be used by inserting pipes for additional drills.
Pucks can be attached to increase weight and stability.
