SIZE

* Measure the circumference around the center of your wrist bone. If your measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend choosing one size up.

GUIDE

Always remove the D3O® inserts before washing. Hand wash the sleeve or use a gentle machine cycle.

Do not use bleach or fabric softeners. Air drying in a cool area is recommended (avoid high-heat drying).

D3O® inserts are not washable. If soiled, gently wipe with a dry cloth.

After use, ensure the guards are completely dry in a well-ventilated, shaded area before storing.
