Slick Mitt™ is a training tool used by elite athletes to develop the proper top-hand technique for shooting and stick handling. Designed to easily strap onto your bottom hand during practice, it forces increased engagement of the top hand while building wrist and forearm strength.

The Slick Mitt™ strap secures firmly to the bottom hand and can be attached or removed in seconds during training. It is designed for both left and right-handed players and includes an easy-to-follow setup and usage guide in the box.
