Refund and Cancellation Policy

【Returns and Exchanges】
- Returns and exchanges accepted within 7 days of receipt for unused and unopened items only
- Return shipping costs for customer convenience returns are borne by the customer
- For defective or damaged products, we will exchange or refund at our expense

【Non-returnable Items】
Returns cannot be accepted in the following cases:
- More than 8 days after product receipt
- Used or worn products
- Products damaged or soiled due to customer responsibility
- Products with missing tags or accessories
- Sale items or outlet products (when indicated on product page)

【Cancellations】
- Before shipment: Cancellation possible (full refund)
- After shipment: Please contact the delivery company and refuse delivery
- After receipt: Subject to return policy above

【Defective or Wrong Items】
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
After confirmation, we will promptly exchange or refund.
Shipping costs in this case are borne by us.

【Refunds】
- Refunds processed within 7-14 business days after return confirmation
- Refund method follows original payment method
- For bank transfers, transfer fees will be deducted from refund amount

返品・キャンセルについて (Refund and Cancellation Policy)

【返品・交換について】
- 商品到着後7日以内であれば、未使用・未開封の商品に限り返品・交換を承ります
- お客様都合による返品の場合、返送料はお客様負担となります
- 商品に不良や破損があった場合は、当店負担で交換または返金いたします

【返品不可の場合】
以下の場合は返品をお受けできません：
- 商品到着後8日以上経過した場合
- 使用済み、着用済みの商品
- お客様の責任で傷や汚れが生じた商品
- タグや付属品が紛失している商品
- セール品、アウトレット品（商品ページに記載がある場合）

【キャンセルについて】
- 発送前：キャンセル可能（全額返金）
- 発送後：配送業者に連絡し、受取拒否をお願いいたします
- 商品受取後のキャンセルは、上記返品規定に従います

【不良品・誤配送の場合】
商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。
確認後、速やかに交換または返金対応いたします。
この場合の送料は当店が負担いたします。

【返金について】
- 返品商品の確認後、7〜14営業日以内に返金処理を行います
- 返金方法は、ご購入時の決済方法に準じます
- 銀行振込の場合、振込手数料を差し引いた金額を返金いたします
