HOW TO USE
- Place the mini goal on a flat surface (asphalt, gym floor, or shooting pad).
- Using a shooting pad or synthetic ice, gently lift the puck and flip it into the goal.
- Gradually increase the distance and switch between left and right targets to increase difficulty.
* Enhance focus by gamifying your practice: try a 1-minute challenge, alternating left/right sauce passes, or practicing backhand flips.
