Speed is often considered the most critical skill in ice hockey. PowerSk8r skate weights are on-ice leg training equipment designed to help improve endurance, power, and speed through repetition and resistance.

The 1 lb set is recommended for users over 100 lbs, while the 1/2 lb set is recommended for those under 100 lbs (typically men's skate size 7 or smaller). These weights are engineered to provide a comfortable fit and a consistent attachment position, utilizing heavy-duty hook-and-loop straps.
